Questions Before You Reserve

For Ghana October packages, the package covers round-trip economy flights from Accra to Guangzhou and back, China visa processing, 14 hotel nights with breakfast, travel insurance, ground transport, Canton Fair access, factory visits, supplier matching, sourcing guidance, interpreter support, sightseeing, networking activities, a welcome kit, T-shirt, and post-trip support. International participants receive the same on-ground program but arrange their own flights, visas, and travel insurance.

The required deposit of $1,500 must be received by July 1, 2026 to reserve your place on the October mission.

Pay 50% of the remaining package balance by August 1, 2026 and the final balance by September 1, 2026. Ghana visa processing begins only after full payment.

If a payment deadline is missed, your place may no longer be guaranteed. We recommend completing payments on time so your reservation and travel process are not affected.

No. Your reservation is only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Cancel by August 15 for a full refund. Cancel August 16 through September 1 for a refund less the $1,500 deposit. Cancel September 2-20 for a 50% refund of the package cost less applicable flight cancellation charges. No refund applies after September 20. Flights become non-refundable after booking confirmation.

The visa processing fee is non-refundable because processing costs have already been incurred. All other payments will be refunded within 14 business days.

If minimum enrollment is not met by August 1, 2026 and Benguy Travels cancels the program, all participant payments will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

Name transfers are permitted through September 1, 2026. A $150 administration fee applies, or the fee may be credited toward the April 2027 program. Transfers are not accepted after September 1.

Yes. October International Standard pricing is $2,800 shared, $3,500 single, or $6,200 per couple. October International VIP pricing is $3,800 shared, $4,500 single, or $7,200 per couple. April 2027 pricing is 15% higher than the October rates: International Standard is $3,220 shared, $4,025 single, or $7,130 per couple, and International VIP is $4,370 shared, $5,175 single, or $8,280 per couple. International participants arrange their own visas, flights, and travel insurance.

Every participant must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months and a valid China visa with at least 1 month validity by the time the group travels.

Yes. October offers shared, single, and couples packages. Ghana Standard is $3,500 shared, $3,900 single, or $6,800 per couple. Ghana VIP is $5,200 shared, $5,900 single, or $9,600 per couple. International Standard is $2,800 shared, $3,500 single, or $6,200 per couple. International VIP is $3,800 shared, $4,500 single, or $7,200 per couple. April 2027 uses the same package structure with a 15% price increase. Couples share one private room and pay one $1,500 deposit.
