Participants joining from the USA, Europe, the diaspora, or other African countries can choose the self-visa, self-flight, and self-insurance package. International standard pricing is $2,800 shared, $3,500 single, or $6,200 per couple. International VIP pricing is $3,800 shared, $4,500 single, or $7,200 per couple. You will arrange your own China visa, flight, and travel insurance, then meet the Benguy Travels group in China.
All participants must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months and a valid China visa with at least 1 month validity at travel time.
Your place is secured by the $1,500 deposit. Pay 50% of the remaining balance by August 1 and the final balance by September 1, 2026. Ghana visa processing begins only after full payment.
Cancel on or before August 15, 2026 for a full refund. From August 16 through September 1, refunds are issued less the $1,500 deposit. From September 2 through September 20, refunds are 50% of the package cost less applicable flight cancellation charges. No refund applies after September 20.
Name transfers are accepted through September 1 with a $150 admin fee. If Benguy Travels cancels because minimum enrollment is not met by August 1, 2026, participants receive a 100% refund within 14 business days.
